Cause they are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, fiber, and disease-fighting phytochemicals. Because of this, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables everyday can help reduce your risk of: heart disease, high blood pressure, type II diabetes, certain cancers, etc.

1. What must we do everyday besides eating healthy?

We must do some kind of physical activity, such as exercise to grow strong both mentally and physically.


Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.”
